Les Viviers de Carteau is a dynamic five-person small business that focuses on the quality of its shellfish, using local craftsmen and women. Combining production and know-how, they purify, pack and package all our goods.

The shellfish are put to drain in large basins, which preserves their excellent freshness and all their gustatory flavors. Local producers and fishermen ensure daily deliveries of shellfish, and they also work with European producers (Spain, Greece, Italy) who enable them to preserve the quality of their shellfish all year round, despite the seasons.

Customers are warmly welcomed to buy, order and taste the artisanal flavors of the mouth.
